Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to support our property managers in a pod system, with one VA assisting two property managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling key administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth property management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare lease documentation and management agreements
- Generate CMA reports
- Monitor and follow up on rental arrears
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow-ups using Tapi
- Prepare and audit inspection reports
- Manage and update Trello boards for task tracking
- Draft and send notices/emails via PropertyTree (PT), including strata notices
- Process and review tenant applications
- Assist in preparing property-related reports and documentation
- Provide additional admin support as required by property managers
Qualification and requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in the real estate or property management industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Trello or other project/task management tools
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience using PropertyTree (PT), Inspection Express, IRE, and Tapi
