What is this role about?The role is a combination of network development and territory management, ensuring SEAOIL is able to grow in terms of footprint and volume/margin through the development and management of LUBESERV franchises in assigned area.
What will YOU do?- Achieve volume/margin and market expansion targets to establish and grow LUBESERV's footprint and equity in the assigned territory
- Manage dealer(s) / franchisee(s) to strengthen partner relationships and facilitate mutual success
- Ensure compliance to integrity mandate to foster integrity in the organization
- Perform administrative functions to monitor region performance and enable data-driven decision making
- At least 1 year of relevant employment experience
- Can drive vehicles in manual transmission
- Willing to do fieldwork as needed
