Sales Specialist

Position Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to promote our products, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role will handle institutional accounts, identify new business opportunities, and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage institutional/B2B accounts
- Achieve sales targets and monitor performance (KPIs)
- Identify new leads, conduct client presentations, and close deals
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and events
- Monitor accounts receivable and submit sales reports and forecasts
- Handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in B2B or institutional sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Willing to do field work
