About the role
As a Technical Sales Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success. Based in Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Food Industry, ensuring their satisfaction and the continued success.
What you'll be doing- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to expand the company's client base and market share
- Providing expert technical advice and support to customers, helping them identify the best products and solutions for their needs
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties
- Gathering customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, production, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
- Proven track record of success in a technical sales or account management role, preferably within the food industry
- Extensive knowledge of food ingredient products, applications, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address customer needs
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, chemical engineering, or food technology
