Executive Assistant to the Sales Director

We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Sales Director. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to play a key role in executive-level operations, coordination, and decision support.

You will provide comprehensive executive support to both the CEO and Sales Director, ensuring seamless coordination between both leadership roles.

You will work closely with the Sales Director and leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing priorities, and handling critical administrative and strategic tasks that contribute directly to business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Sales Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and minutes
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Director and stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and executive summaries
  • Monitor tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups on key projects
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and communications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and highly dependable
