Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant will work directly and closely with the Business Owner/Proprietor as the company establishes its operations in the fuel and petroleum wholesale industry. This is a highly personal and trust-based role — the Executive Assistant is expected to be the Proprietor's primary point of coordination, ensuring that the day-to-day affairs of the business run smoothly while the owner focuses on building client relationships, securing suppliers, and growing the enterprise.
Prior experience in the fuel/petroleum industry is preferred but not required.
Fluency in both Filipino and English is required for effective communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Given the startup nature of the business, the Executive Assistant must be highly adaptable, proactive, and willing to go beyond a conventional job description. The ideal candidate is someone who can be trusted to act on behalf of the Proprietor, exercises good judgment independently, and treats the success of the business as their own.
Proficiency in calendar scheduling, MS Office Suite, email management, and basic accounting is essential for this position.
A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
