Sales and Quota Management
  1. Meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently;
  2. Recommends products and services strategically tailored to drive maximum profitability for the Company while still delivering value to the Customers;
  3. Make cold calls to potential Clients to generate new business opportunities;
  4. Conduct field sales visit to meet Clients in-person and promote the Company’s products or services;
  5. Follow up on leads to convert them into actual sales;
  6. Participates in regular sales training and product knowledge sessions to stay updated on the latest products, trends, and sales techniques;
  7. Works collaboratively with the Team to reach sales targets, share Customer insights, and improve overall sales strategies.
Client-Relationship Management
  1. Attends to Customers’ inquiries and concerns about the Company’s products and services;
  2. Provides initial estimates based on the Customers’ needs;
  3. Offers a ballpark estimate of the fabrication and installation costs of projects;
  4. Ensures Customers are fully informed to make the best purchase decisions for their requirements;
  5. Offers new products and promotions to Customers;
  6. Maintains a high level of knowledge about our products and services and stays updated with the latest trends and advancements in the industry;
  7. Uphold the Company’s image through excellent interpersonal skills;
  8. Ensure Customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness;
  9. Maintain and build relationships with existing Clients, ensuring repeat business and Customer loyalty;
  10. Settles minor disputes with Clients professionally, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the outcome;
  11. Represents the Company at trade shows, events, and other marketing activities to promote products and services.
Other Duties
  1. Calls Client before delivery of supplies and verifies the accuracy and condition of the items;
  2. Collates Client data, estimates of materials and consumables, and other information needed for the completion of a project. Follows-up tasks and updates status if needed at the Project Management Software (ClickUp);
  3. Ensures that Delivery Receipts are signed by Clients;
  4. Updates daily the columnar for BIR submission such as Daily Sales, Official Receipts and Sales Invoices;
  5. Ensures professional grooming and appearance at all times, aligning with the Company’s dress code and standards;
  6. Efficiently organizes and manages delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of products. Coordinates and updates Project Coordinators on the status;
  7. Ensures the receiving area is consistently clean, organized and well-stocked with amenities, providing a welcoming environment for Customers;
  8. Willing to be temporarily assigned or deployed to other branches if needed;
  9. Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned by Management for the growth and success of the Company.
