Non-Negotiable:- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field required.
- At least 8+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years managing global delivery/teams
- Experience in ERP delivery, services leadership, and business development is preferred
- Minimum 2+ years in bids and proposals (strategy, solutioning, proposal management, negotiation)
- Experience in major bids as Opportunity Pursuit Leader or Solutions Lead
- Strong understanding of BEMF processes, including driving compliance
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Ability to negotiate on both technical and commercial aspects
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Not a job hopper
We are looking for an experienced Director Consulting Expert - ERP who will be accountable for bids and opportunities across Commercial Application Managed Services (CAMS), including Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Infor M3, and related technologies, by driving business development activities and ensuring compliance with the clients Business Engineering Management Framework (BEMF).
The role requires identifying additional value in bids through client presentations, RFP clarifications, and continuous opportunity monitoring to drive growth in ERP and Application Services.
Additionally, this position will form and lead a core bid team responsible for:
- Overall solutioning of major bids
- Standardization of tools and offerings
- Building knowledge repositories (tools, best practices, case studies)
- Improving efficiency in bid work
- Writing effective proposals
- Collaborating across BUs to build winning solutions
- Expanding Solution Architect expertise within the BU
- Contributing to the Expert Enablement program of APAC SBU
Your future duties and responsibilities: Bid Leadership & Business Development (Primary)
- Lead major bids and strategic opportunities across ERP and Application Services
- Participate in client presentations and RFP clarifications
- Drive value-based solutioning and improve win probability
- Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with ERP delivery capabilities
- Support transition from bid to delivery and capture lessons learned
- Contribute to pricing, commercial structuring, and negotiations
- Ensure adherence to BEMF processes and governance standards
- Contribute to relevant COP initiatives across APAC SBU
- Participate in global alliances aligned with ERP technologies
