Pricing Master Data Analyst

Taguig | On-site | Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Master Data Analyst to support the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of pricing data processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain pricing master data on a daily basis with a high level of accuracy
Ensure all pricing updates and changes follow established approval protocols
Upload and validate pricing files, resolving discrepancies with relevant stakeholders
Support the development of automated and user-friendly data management processes
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements (including SOX)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address pricing-related inquiries and requests
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation initiatives
Assist in training team members and maintaining updated process documentation

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Experience in a multinational finance or accounting environment is an advantage
Strong background in data management and continuous improvement initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus
