About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Senior Assistant, Credit Management. This role plays a key part in managing customer credit to support business operations while ensuring risks are effectively controlled.

You will also contribute to process improvements and help maintain high service standards across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer credit to facilitate order processing while balancing credit risk
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Review and approve credit limits within authority or escalate when necessary
  • Provide guidance on credit management and order referral processes
  • Support team members in meeting service and performance standards
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in a multinational company
  • Knowledge of credit policies and collection management practices
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • LEAN Six Sigma certification is an advantage
