About the role
Reporting into the Chief Quality & Patient Experience Officer this full-time Regulatory Associate role at Diliman Doctors Hospital, Inc. is responsible for ensuring the hospital's adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.Based in our Quezon City Metro Manila office, this role will play a crucial part in upholding the highest standards of patient safety and care at our leading healthcare facility.
What you'll be doing- Responsible for ensuring the hospital complies with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Supports quality management activities, maintains regulatory documentation, and assists in audits and inspections.
- Works with clinical and administrative teams to monitor compliance, address gaps, and ensure adherence to legal and internal standards, promoting patient safety and continuous quality improvement.
- With at least 1 year experience in a healthcare compliance or regulatory affairs role, preferably within a hospital setting
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations and industry standards applicable to hospital operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory information
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior leadership
- Superb attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven approach to work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
