Accounting Assistant

Job Functions:

  1. Maintain and keep record of accounting journals, ledgers, and other documents detailing financial business transactions like disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, and accounts payable
  2. Identify clients / vendors that are subject to withholding/value added taxes
  3. Update accounting entries in the system
  4. Submit / forward accounting-related documents to Makati branch on a given schedule
  5. Draft liquidation report of deposit and expense from clients as necessary
  6. Prepare regular reports and updates on assigned tasks
  7. Perform other jobs in the department that may be assigned

Qualification Guides:

Education: Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any business-related course

Experience: Preferably with 1 year of experience in general accounting and billing works
