ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (Accounts Payable)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verify invoices for import purchases, ensuring correct billing for goods/services and official
- Monitor and analyze vendor balances, coordinate with supplier and purchasing department on outstanding balances and vendor reconciliation including damage and short delivery.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities attendant to his/her efficient and effective performance.
- Foster collaboration across departments such as PDD, Import services, supplier to ensure seamless accounting processes, accurate reporting, and timely resolution of issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, or equivalent
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, and PPT)
- Experience using SAP or related accounting system will be an advantage but not required
- With experience in Account Payables but not required
- Willing to be trained
