Required Qualifications – Admissions and Community Relations Manager
Education- Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or Communications
- Proven experience in admissions, public relations, or parent engagement, preferably within an international or private school environment.
- Strong understanding of enrollment strategy, applicant evaluation, and family onboarding processes.
- Ability to align admissions practices with institutional mission, values, and community culture.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills to engage effectively with families, staff, and the community.
- Relationship-Building: Proven ability to build trust, foster partnerships, and act as a cultural bridge for diverse families.
- Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated capacity to design and execute enrollment strategies aligned with school growth and positioning goals.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with leadership, faculty, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and family experience.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee admissions processes and high-impact events.
- Continuous Improvement: Ability to monitor, evaluate, and enhance processes for efficiency, impact, and alignment with LAI’s mission.
- Experience planning and executing events such as open houses, orientations, school tours, and community programs.
- Ability to oversee brand promotion initiatives and ensure consistent and high-quality parent experience across all touchpoints.
- Competence in interpreting enrollment data, parent feedback, and market trends to improve strategy.
- Proficiency in productivity suites (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, enrollment management platforms, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to utilize social media and digital platforms to support school promotion and engagement.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in admissions, marketing, communications, or community relations is required.
- Experience in an international school or multicultural environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing events, strengthening parent engagement, and supporting enrollment growth.
