Investor Relations
  • To help perform a range of analyses that will include industrial analysis, competitive analysis, and comparative valuation.
  • Develops and Maintains a Company Investor Plan.
  • To perform competitive and cross divisional analysis of the industry peers and monitor other public disclosures like the various presentations made at the investor seminars, conferences and alike
  • To implement, co-develop and update the organization’s corporate messaging across different formats like making presentations, press releases, employee meetings
  • To determine the organization’s position in the market and to provide the leaders with a proactive assessment and any other relevant feedback and guidance that is needed by the organization’s senior personnel on how to increase the interactions with the investment community
  • Conduct regular communication with investors to address questions and concerns
  • Maintain and update the relevant database of trading multiples, consensus estimates and stock price performance
  • Assists and must be knowledgeable regulatory compliance, corporate governance and other compliance matters in the Philippines
  • Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors
Corporate Planning
  • Conducts market survey and research relevant to the proposed projects.
  • Conducts regular appraisal of Company properties.
  • Prospect for potential opportunities within untapped real estate markets and business relationships.
  • Review relevant news releases and identify new opportunities to acquire expansion for company’s land bank.
  • Prepares market analysis and makes recommendations on the type or scale of the proposed projects
  • Responsible for the acquisition of land, either through straight purchase or joint venture agreement.
  • Conduct initial development program to justify purchase of property or enter into a Joint Venture (JV) agreement with prospective partners;
  • Oversee the conduct of property due diligence.
  • Assist in the preparation of the deal structure with prospective landowners or JV partner
  • Oversee the implementation of all contract closing conditions prior to proposed project implementation
  • Prepares business plan including but not limited to;
  • Project cost analysis
  • Pricing analysis
  • Revenue analysis
  • Project cash flow
  • Provide analytical support for strategic business decisions, including investment opportunities, capital project spending and capital structure execution.
  • Manage communication among property-specific DMWAI group teams in order to assess and improve investment performance and leverage pertinent information for investor reporting purposes.
  • Support quarterly reporting efforts by providing accurate and reliable information and reviewing drafts to ensure quality and accuracy of information.
  • Partner with Corporate Finance team when contemplating and/or executing on the refinance of stabilized assets or other capital stack considerations.
  • Maintain long-term forecasting models and track performance, return and value metrics.
  • Forecast values by aggregating portfolio operational data, identifying financial status to budget, and analyzing internal and market trends.
  • Deliver portfolio lease metrics to support Leasing team proposals in addition to presenting deal economics to leadership.
  • Oversee commercial terms metrics and approval for Lease/Sale negotiations of company assets
  • Develop relationships to expand and maintain services to all business partners in all regions
  • Train and develop staff, provide coaching and make hiring decisions.
  • Supports business unit Managers to understand and address lease terms and landlord issues
  • Manages critical date process and supports negotiations activities as required.
  • Ensure proper management and accurate reporting of real estate obligations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with service providers, consultants, potential financial and development partners.
  • Work closely with the executive team to prioritize real estate markets and partners.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
