JOB SPECIFICATION:
- FUNCTIONAL – Implements, monitors and evaluates the overall Regional and Local Store Marketing for the region assigned. Also, in charge of assisting Regional Marketing Manager in the execution of national marketing initiatives
- SALES GENERATION - Assists in the rollout and execution of LSM promotions that would help generate additional sales of the bakeshops to the assigned region to hit financial targets.
- BUDGET MONITORING – Assists in the monitoring and recording of actual regional marketing budget and LSMF expenditures vs. budgets and prepares a monthly and quarterly summary and analysis.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT – Assists the Rregional Marketing Manager in the implementation of all national marketing programs and plans and implements regional marketing marketing of tactical projects/programs, on-ground activation events, in-store merchandising, trade marketing, sales building programs, etc.
- RECORDS & REPORTS – Ensures compliance of all regional Marketing Services communications records & reports requirement.
