ob Description:- Assist the General Affairs Manager in overseeing daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate office activities and procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Facilitate communication between departments and with external stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all procurement processes are efficient.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Conduct research and ensure the department is up-to-date with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Handle inquiries and provide assistance to employees regarding administrative matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business English, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support or general affairs; a background in office management is a plus.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Can able to speak and write mandarin language
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in General Affairs or equivalent in a Manufacturing industry
