We are looking for a proactive Junior Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team at a dynamic insurance brokerage. The primary responsibility of this role is to support daily business operations through a range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflows that empower brokers to focus on delivering exceptional client service.This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in the insurance industry and a desire to grow within a collaborative and forward-thinking organization.
As a Junior Administrative Assistant:- You are a graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with bonus points for familiarity with PowerPoint.
- You have experience using HubSpot and WinBEAT (highly desired).
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to personal and professional growth.
- You thrive in a team environment and contribute to a fun and collaborative workplace culture.
- You bring creativity and openness to new ideas.
- Background experience in an insurance brokerage is highly desired.
Your Responsibilities as a Junior Administrative Assistant would be:
- Perform administrative duties to support daily business operations and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Assist in preparing and managing documents, reports, and office records.
- Create PowerPoint presentations using provided templates.
- Handle professional communication, including email and other correspondence.
- Collaborate with Insurance Broker Assistants to streamline support functions.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive documents.
- Engage in repetitive tasks with attention and innovation to improve processes.
- Support team projects and any ad hoc tasks as required.
