Hr systems analyst
The Systems Analyst for HRIS will provide technical support for the HRIS system, ensuring its functionality and resolving issues to streamline HR processes such as timekeeping, compensation, benefits, and records.
Monitor and manage HRIS system operations continuously to ensure system efficiency, by supporting HRIS integrations with other HR systems, coordinating system upgrades, patches, and feature implementations with HR and IT, monitoring system performance and resolving issues, and providing 1st-level support for HRIS concerns and change implementation.
Provide ongoing technical support promptly to resolve HRIS issues, by acting as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving system errors, and maintaining a log of system issues, resolutions, and updates for future reference.
Assist with timekeeping and attendance issues as needed to ensure accurate records, by resolving discrepancies in clock-ins, leave requests, and attendance data, and collaborating with HR to update timekeeping rules, shift schedules, and leave policies.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records consistently to maintain compliance by assisting HR with employee record updates, transfers, and terminations, and ensuring data security and accuracy in the HRIS system.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience working with HR systems or HRIS platforms
- Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, learning)
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- Proficient in reporting, data analysis, and system configuration
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Knowledge of labor laws and data privacy regulations
- Advanced Excel or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
College Graduate
At least 1 to 3 years of related work experience
