- Drive the end-to-end recruiting process which includes gathering job requirements, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, assessing job applicants, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and maintain a strong business partnership with key stakeholders to enable effective account management.
- Create and manage a great experience for all candidates throughout the application and interviewing process.
- Manage hiring for specialized Technical, Non-Technical and Corporate roles
- Ensure accuracy in updating the recruitment database and other recruitment related reports on a real-time basis
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Proactively sourcing and identifying qualified IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networking
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree (4yrs) related to Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or other relevant programs
- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field with proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring IT candidates in diverse roles
- Must have hands-on experience with various interview formats (phone, virtual, face to face)
- Strong technical knowledge with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for specialized IT roles
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including emerging technologies and in-demand skill sets
- Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related technologies
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required
- Excellent people skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
- Strong sense of urgency
