  1. Provides competent and error free service to customers of a large/medium/small branch both external and internal.
  2. Ensures agreed service targets with the branch’s internal and external clients as outlined in the branch’s SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are consistently met.
  3. Identifies risk areas and processes for improvement and recommends with the intention of addressing the risk while providing quality service to the clients.
  4. Co-administers and suggest policy enhancements that will improve customer service delivery.
  5. Should always project professionalism, office decorum and acceptable physical appearance in the daily discharge of functions.
  6. Practices the highest degree of customer service satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Graduate of 4 years Bachelor's degree
  • Average communication skills, and must be computer literate
