HR Generalist

We’re Hiring: HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to oversee our day-to-day HR operations and support our team. You will play a key role in managing talent acquisition, maintaining labor compliance, handling employee relations, and driving positive workforce engagement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end hiring, from posting job vacancies and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate new hire orientations, ensure seamless employee integration, and manage exit clearances and exit interviews.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Address employee inquiries, assist in resolving workplace concerns, maintain disciplinary documentation, and ensure alignment with local labor laws.
• HR Operations & Records: Maintain accurate employee files, track attendance/leaves, and coordinate with administrative or payroll teams for accurate records.
• Culture & Engagement: Help implement employee engagement activities, safety or compliance training programs, and team-building initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Working knowledge of local labor laws and HR procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
