Accounting Staff

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Accounting Staff to join our team at JA3577 TRADING' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for handling a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks to support the financial operations of our growing company.

1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries
2. Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
3. Reconciling bank statements and performing other monthly accounting tasks
4. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and analyzing financial data
5. Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
7. Prepares company payroll and process Gov't. mandatory benefits
8. Assist in BIR processing

1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably within a micro to small business
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft office, accounting software such as QuickBooks
4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. A relevant degree or accounting certification would be an advantage
