Accounting Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This role involves supervising the accounting team, managing financial reporting, and supporting executive decision-making through accurate financial insights.
The position will report to the General Manager for Finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is preferred, with related fields also accepted
- High degree of familiarity with PICPA accounting standards and GAAP rules, standards, and procedures
- Minimum 4-5 years of general accounting experience required.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Accounting, Corporate Finance, People Management, Audit
- Proficiency in any of the listed accounting software systems (SAP, ERP, or QuickBooks) is required
- 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in accounting is required
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required
