Job Summary / Purpose
The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across social media platforms by creating engaging content, fostering community relationships, and enhancing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting and community engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and platform updates to optimize performance
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and generate reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Manage influencer partnerships and social media campaigns
- Handle social media advertising (boosting posts, basic ad campaigns if applicable)
- Build and maintain a strong online community and brand presence
- Creative/Design Team (visual content creation)
- Marketing Team (campaign alignment and messaging)
- Customer Support/Operations (inquiries and feedback)
- Influencers/External Partners (collaborations and promotions)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- With at least 6 months of experience in social media management or content creation
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Basic knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and community management skills
- Ability to stay updated with trends and adapt quickly
