Demand Planning Assistant Manager

Overall Objectives:

Oversee company demand and supply planning function, undertake company PSI management & inventory control efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Design the SKU level demand and supply planning strategies for Home Appliances and HVAC Products
• Able to adjust promptly on fluctuating demands affected by seasonality, market trends and special demands
• Align with the sales team and PMs in the execution of the agreed PSI
• Ensure efficient Days of Inventory (DOI) management at SKU level
• Work closely with sales and PMs the depletion of aging and excess stocks
• Submit on time approval properly planned purchases to ManCom and AHQ PSI management team
• Ensure timely and complete delivery of CMIP POs by closely collaborating with the source plants
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders any issue on supply and shipment
• Work with the Head of Supply Chain on continuous improvement within Supply Chain team

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Accountancy, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline is an advantage

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Demand and Supply Planning, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong background in forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization
