CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION- Providing further assistance to all incoming concern/request/complaint/feedback of customer professionally on daily basis.
- Escalating customer’s every concern/request/feedback in a timely manner and in accordance based to the SOP given by the company.
- Ensuring every information shared to customer correctly and accurately which in align with the inquiry and concern given by customer.
- Working closely and be a good team player with various department
- Following up tightly and promptly regarding customer issue or concern with related department.
- Promoting the company latest product and promotion to customer in various form of communication method.
- General administrative task – Reporting, documentation, etc...
- Ensuring the Company client database were protected all the time and not disclose to any outsiders internally or externally.
- Minimum High School Graduates
- Candidate possesses strong English and Tagalog communication skills (Oral / Written / Listening)
- Candidates has strong working experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage
- Willing to work on Weekends and Public Holiday
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
