About the role
Equicom Solutions Inc' is seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in our Cebu City, Cebu office. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and updates in our internal systems
- Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
- Providing detailed product and service information to customers
- Identifying and escalating complex customer concerns to the appropriate team or manager
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the client and sales administration industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth of the company
