• Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 75,000

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or Growth Product Management within digital, SaaS, fintech, or tech-driven companies
• Proven product ownership experience across strategy, execution, optimization, and growth initiatives
• Strong growth mindset with experience translating analytics insights into measurable business outcomes
• Expertise in customer journey mapping, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks
• Strong ability to analyze user behavior and turn insights into product improvements and growth opportunities
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Google Analytics
• Experience managing digital product development lifecycles from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, data, design, and business teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and data storytelling capabilities
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Must have product management experience within a non-call center environment with exposure to digital product ecosystems

• Own and optimize end-to-end customer journey maps across digital products
• Identify growth opportunities, customer friction points, and funnel drop-offs using data and behavioral insights
• Translate analytics findings into product enhancements and customer experience improvements
• Lead development of growth-focused product features and engagement initiatives
• Define experimentation strategies, success metrics, and A/B testing roadmaps
• Partner with Analytics teams to interpret data and support data-driven product decisions
• Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Growth teams to align priorities and delivery timelines
• Ensure a seamless, trustworthy, and compliant customer experience across all touchpoints
