Accounts Payable Officer

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong and high volume AP experience who thrives in a supportive, values-led environment and enjoys getting things done with accuracy and accountability.

What You’ll Do:

• Process supplier invoices, credit cards, and employee expense claims
• Prepare weekly payment runs and ensure timely vendor payments
• Reconcile supplier statements and assist with month-end closing
• Maintain accurate records and ensure full audit readiness
• Resolve discrepancies and build strong vendor relationships

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of strong experience in accounts payable
• Solid MS Excel and general computer skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems (advantageous)
• Some exposure to general accounting functions
• Qualification in Accounting or Finance preferred
