About the role

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitisation of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common spaces, and other designated spaces
• Restock and organise cleaning supplies and linens
• Respond promptly to guest requests and address any housekeeping-related issues
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organisation is maintained throughout the facility
• Adhere to all safety and quality protocols to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests and colleagues

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established policies and procedures
