Digital Marketing Analyst

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to manage digital and social media campaigns, optimize ad spends, and ensure ROI. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Content, and Design teams, you will implement campaigns on time and maximize paid efforts.You will report directly to the Marketing Director.
What You'll Do:
- Data Analysis: Analyzing website traffic, click-through rates, content engagement, and other relevant metrics.
- Campaign Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve ad campaigns, social media strategies, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Reporting and Presentation: Presenting findings to the marketing team or clients through reports, presentations, or other visual formats.
- Trend Identification: Monitoring and forecasting marketing and sales trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- ROI Assessment: Evaluating the ROI of marketing campaigns and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the Marketing Team to develop and implement strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing, Media, or Communications Arts
- A minimum of 2 years as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Analyst
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Good time management and task management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient computer and technical skills
- Able to demonstrate initiative
- Attention to detail
