Staff4Me is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Digital Marketing with a strong background in SEO to lead our digital marketing department. This role will be pivotal in shaping our digital strategies and driving growth through enhanced online visibility and engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with company goals.
• Oversee the creation and optimization of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Manage PPC campaigns, social media initiatives, email marketing, and content marketing to maximize ROI.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and team leadership.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing multiple projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, content marketing, and PPC strategies.
