About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive or Sales or Branch Manager to join our dynamic team in Quezon City or Muntinlupa, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the sales industry and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, motivate and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team-based goals
- Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as prospecting for new business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management
- Provide training and mentorship to less experienced sales team members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success, PREFERABLY WITH EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
- Willing to travel to job site or client locations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Thorough understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
- Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
- Passion for technology and a desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
