Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions.
- Design scalable and secure Salesforce architectures aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce FSC and enterprise applications.
- Provide expertise on FSC capabilities including ARC, Household Accounts, Person Accounts, Action Plans, and Life Events.
- Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, design patterns, and deployment processes.
- Lead data migration initiatives into Salesforce FSC and optimize data models.
- Review technical designs and mentor development teams.
- Manage complex Salesforce FSC projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance, security, scalability, and performance of implemented solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and emerging capabilities.
- 12+ years of experience in technology, product engineering, or software development.
- At least 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce FSC architecture, configuration, and implementation.
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Superbadge or FSC Accredited Professional Certification.
- Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Orchestrator, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, data model, and integration design.
- Experience integrating Salesforce using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Metadata API, Bulk API, or Tooling API.
- Experience with Salesforce FSC data migrations and data model optimization.
- Experience within Retail or Commercial Insurance domains.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
- Salesforce App Builder certification.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and enterprise integrations.
