Responsibilities:

  • Monitors departmental sales vs. target on a daily basis, identifies causes of poor performance and recommends solutions to Regional Manager for proper action.
  • Proactively seeks customer interactions, builds sustained relationships with top 100 customers and converts the ones with complaints into happy shoppers.
  • Explains display standards to sales clerks and regularly checks if items are arranged properly, areas are clean and asks for repair or replacement of broken fixtures.
  • Conducts daily checking on team's knowledge (product, promos, store layout/services), look (uniform, posture, grooming), personality (greeting, spiels, no chatting).

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • At least 2 years’ related retail work experience in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership, customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
