Company driver

 I.  PRIMARY PURPOSE

The Company Driver is responsible for the proper and safe driving services for all official travels of company employees; cleanliness of the assigned vehicle, and assistance on the daily operations of the business unit served.

• Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing and wiping, and being aware of routinary preventive maintenance schedule.
• Providing accurate time records of the company vehicles' whereabouts.
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to the Management.
• Practice safe driving habits.
• Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards.
• Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions.
• Complete documentation such as trip logs, mileage, cargo and passenger reports.
• Maintains passenger confidence by keeping information strictly confidential.
• Inspects assigned vehicles (such as brake system, oil levels, coolant, tire pressure, wiper blades, fan blades,
• exterior and interior condition, etc.) to ensure that the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
• Performs minor body work (like front ends, fenders, upholstery, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining the appearance and safe operation of the vehicle.
• Perform other duties from time to time as assigned by the Superiors.
