Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees/guests and company-related items to various destinations.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers, documents, packages, and other items as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips (fuel level, oil, tires, brakes, lights, etc.).
- Report any vehicle issues, damages, or needed repairs to the immediate supervisor or assigned personnel.
- Ensure that the vehicle’s registration, insurance, and other legal documents are updated and available.
- Plan routes and follow schedules to ensure efficient transportation.
- Observe and comply with traffic rules and safety regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading of items when necessary.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license (for 4-wheel vehicles)
- With experience as a company driver
- Familiar with city routes/navigation
