- 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong academic background in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- CPA is an advantage but not required
- Process and record monthly condominium dues and assessments
- Resolve outstanding homeowner balances and collect other income
- Maintain billing systems for assigned associations
- Generate invoices and account statements
- Perform account owner reconciliations
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and files
- Assist in preparing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and inquiries
- Provide training support to accounting team members
- Support general financial management and analysis
