Salary: PHP 18,000 - PHP 22,000

• New graduates are welcome to apply
• 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Strong academic background in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• CPA is an advantage but not required

• Process and record monthly condominium dues and assessments
• Resolve outstanding homeowner balances and collect other income
• Maintain billing systems for assigned associations
• Generate invoices and account statements
• Perform account owner reconciliations
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and files
• Assist in preparing monthly financial and management reports
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and inquiries
• Provide training support to accounting team members
• Support general financial management and analysis
