About the Role:
We're looking for a Group Account Coordinator to support the Account Management Team in handling administrative, HR, financial, project documentation, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative and office-related tasks, including the processing of financial, HR, and
- Coordinate room and transportation reservations and assist in purchasing food, gifts, and other
- Liaise with various departments, including HR, Finance, Administration, Creative, and Account
- Management teams, as well as third-party suppliers
- Manage and process documentation required for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOT, and other
- Support the team in administrative requirements, including office schedules, events, leave
- Assist in securing vehicle and office reservations
- Coordinate and prepare requirements for government bids and accreditation processes
- Learn and process applications with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the
- Advertising Standards Council (ASC) when required
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- College graduate; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in administrative or office-related work is an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms
- Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
