Healthcare Account Team Lead (BPO)

- 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare BPO or similar setup
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare operations, DME, claims, and HIPAA
- Excellent team management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems and remote work environments preferred

- Familiar with HIPAA compliance and healthcare systems.
- Proficient in CRM, workforce tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Remote/hybrid work experience a plus.
