Healthcare Account Team Lead (BPO)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 3-5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare BPO or similar environment.
  • Experience in U.S. healthcare processes, DME, claims, and authorizations.
  • Proven team management, coaching, and escalation resolution skills.
  • Familiar with HIPAA compliance and healthcare systems.
  • Proficient in CRM, workforce tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Remote/hybrid work experience a plus.
