Field Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular client visits to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, dialysis centers, distributors, government institutions, and corporate accounts.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and business reviews.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams until successful order fulfillment.
- Develop and execute a territory coverage plan.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly sales reports.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Healthcare sales experience is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
- Willing to travel extensively within Metro Manila.
