General Responsibility
The Field Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients and retail partners within assigned territories. The role focuses on account development, order generation, store management, merchandising, and ensuring excellent customer service.The Field Sales Associate is also expected to support operational efficiency by coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate reports, and representing the company professionally in all client interactions.
Roles and Responsibilities- Sales and Account Development
- Conduct regular visits to assigned stores and territories to promote and sell company products
- Open new accounts and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent account management and order generation
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and product presence in assigned areas
- Client and Store Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store owners, buyers, and store personnel
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention
- Assist clients with product inquiries, order concerns, and coordination needs
- Inventory and Merchandising
- Monitor stock levels and product availability in assigned stores
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising standards
- Coordinate replenishment needs and report low or out-of-stock items promptly
- Order Taking and Coordination
- Accurately take customer orders and submit them within the required timelines
- Coordinate with admin, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
- Follow company procedures and documentation requirements for order processing
- Reporting and Documentation
- Submit daily sales reports, attendance records, and activity updates on time
- Maintain accurate documentation of accounts, sales transactions, and store visits
- Provide updates on market feedback, competitor activities, and customer concerns
- Compliance and Professionalism
- Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and sales guidelines at all times
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive attitude during all client interactions
- Ensure ethical business practices and proper handling of company information and resources
- College graduate of any business-related course or equivalent
- At least 1–2 years of experience in field sales, account management, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver’s license
- Familiar with the assigned area and nearby locations (e.g., Quezon City)
- Preferably residing within or near the assigned territory
- Ability to build and maintain good client relationships
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field
- Willing to travel extensively within assigned areas
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and order coordination is an advantage
