Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers via emails, live chat, social media platforms, and occasionally by phone
- Update data and files to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Identify customer issues and participate in improvement plans
- Be open to learning and executing plans aligned with departmental goals
- Work rotating 24*7 shifts, including weekends
- Work 40 hours per week with regular overtime available to support peak times and business needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service, especially writing emails or interacting on social media platforms, is preferred.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms, Shopify and shipping platforms is a plus.
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and commitment to weekend availability.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
