Barista / Café Cashier

The Barista / Cashier is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through high-quality beverage preparation, efficient cashiering, and warm, professional client interaction. role supports the luxury showroom environment of Opulence Design Concept by ensuring that every guest experience reflects the brand’s premium and sophisticated image.

A pleasing personality, strong customer service orientation, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

1. Beverage Preparation (Barista Duties)

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in line with company standards
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area at all times
• Monitor stock levels of coffee supplies and ingredients
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines

1. Cashiering & Payment Processing

• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately
• Issue receipts and process transactions efficiently
• Maintain correct daily sales records and reports
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures and accountability
• Coordinate with accounting for daily sales reconciliation

1. Customer Service & Experience

• Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming showroom atmosphere
• Assist customers with menu selection and product inquiries
• Deliver a premium guest experience aligned with luxury brand standards
• Handle customer concerns politely and professionally
• Build rapport with architects, designers, and showroom guests

1. Showroom Support

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and aesthetic presentation of the café area
• Assist in basic showroom hospitality (offering drinks to clients, guests, partners)
• Support events, product launches, and showroom activities when needed

1. Inventory & Operational Support

• Monitor beverage inventory and report shortages
• Assist in ordering and stock replenishment
• Ensure proper storage of supplies and ingredients
• Support daily operational needs of the showroom team
