Job Qualifications
- A degree in business management, restaurant management or a related field.
- Experience working in a restaurant, preferably in a managerial position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and
- Natural leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Manager or Business Management related courses
- Has 2-3years of experience as Shift Manager/ Management Trainee
- Willing to be relocated on any store branch
- Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
- Primarily responsible for managing shift manager operations and achieving shift targets
- Ensures and Accountable for managing specific P&L line items which may include but not limited to Cost of Sales, Labor Cost and Inventory levels, supplies and expenses
- Overseas all cash media management functions. Able to perform all POS Duties, FOH and BOH functions including shifting procedures, coordinate with the Corporate Office as necessary
- Engages with customers and role models services standards
- Pro-active solving customer problems and satisfying customer in various situations
- Executes store operational efficiencies by effectively managing Food production, Food safety, Equipment and Maintenance, and Safety and Security systems
- Communicates shift targets to team members, motivates and guide as needed
- Maintain Golden Standard cleanliness consistently throughout the store appearance, merchandise and equipment.
