Job description:
Key Responsibilities- Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of financial records.
- Tax Compliance
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax, withholding taxes, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with tax and regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors or consultants when necessary.
- Support preparation of documents for tax assessments or government inquiries.
- Audit Support
- Assist in coordinating with external auditors during annual financial audits.
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
- Ensure financial records are organized and audit-ready.
- Assist in addressing audit findings and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Internal Controls and Process Support
- Assist in maintaining effective internal controls over financial transactions and reporting.
- Support improvements in accounting processes and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Other Duties
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation and reporting requirements.
- Perform other accounting, tax, and finance-related duties as may be assigned by management.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in accounting, tax compliance, or audit is an advantage but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
Work setup: (hybrid) (3x onsite per week; typically Tue–Thu, subject to business needs)
