About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Estimator with strong experience in Cubit software to join our office-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing administrative documentation, and supporting project and tender processes within the construction or related industry.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in construction estimating role
- Proven experience using Cubit estimating software (required)
- Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and cost breakdowns
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Willing to work onsite (Sto. Domingo, Angeles City)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates using Cubit software
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop pricing
- Maintain and update cost databases and estimation records
- Assist in preparing tender submissions and project documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers for cost inputs
- Ensure all estimates are delivered within deadlines and budget requirements
- Support general administrative tasks related to estimating and project support
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in all financial and project data
