We are seeking a talented IT Specialist (Fresh Graduate) to join our team at Southern Luzon College of Business, Maritime, Science and Technology, Inc. As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our company's information technology infrastructure and systems.

What you'll be doing

Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, applications, and peripherals
Monitoring and optimising the performance of IT systems to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency
Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the company's data and systems
Providing training and support to end-users on the use of various IT tools and applications
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency
Participating in project planning and execution to support the company's technology initiatives

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Familiarity with network administration, server management, and data backup/recovery procedures
Proficiency in the use of common productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
A passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
