Human resource supervisor

Job Description

1. Assumes responsibility for the implementation of effective company policies and procedures.
2. Assumes responsibility in the direct supervising of the day-to-day activities of the HR & Purchasing Staff as well as the itinerary of the drivers and the daily accomplishments of the janitorial personnel.
3. Assumes the responsibility in continuously establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Company Personnel, Departments and Management.
4. Assumes responsibility in establishing and maintaining effective business relations with vendors, outside regulators, and other professional trade groups.
5. Completes special projects and or tasks assigned by management, which includes acting as a member in various company committees.

• Female
• Graduate of Business or related filed is preferred
• At least 3 years' experience in human resources department.
• Adequate knowledge of business practices and procedures.
• Working knowledge of the principles of human resources
• Advanced computer skills, ability to use MS Office Excel Spreadsheet and Word applications.
• Has a good interpersonal and leadership skill. Excellent in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has excellent ability in coordinating the work of various staff member. Excellent in negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Excellent in technical and analytical skills.
